Terms of Service

1. Services Provided:

  a. Unmatched Valets agrees to provide professional detailing services as specified in the agreed-upon package.
  b. The client agrees to ensure the vehicle is accessible and ready for detailing at the scheduled time.

2. Pricing, Payments, and Deposits:

  a. The client agrees to pay the full service cost or a non-refundable deposit of £50 upon booking. Bookings are not secure until paid.
  b. Any remaining balance is due at the completion of the detailing service, payable in cash or through electronic means.
  c. The prices listed and any quotes given prior to seeing the vehicle are subject to change. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles. An upgraded package may be recommended.

3. Cancellation and Deposit Policy:

  a. Cancellations can be communicated more than 48 hours in advance to avoid a forfeiture of the £50 deposit.
  b. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

4. Vehicle Assessment and Special Requests:

  a. Unmatched Valets is committed to a thorough assessment of the vehicle's condition before detailing, and the client is encouraged to communicate any special requirements or concerns regarding the vehicle.
  b. The client understands that Unmatched Valets is not liable for pre-existing damages or issues with the vehicle.
  c. The client agrees that storage areas including the boot and glove compartments will be empty before arrival for cleaning, compartments full with personal items will not be cleaned. 

5. Liability and Valuables:

  a. Unmatched Valets exercises due care during detailing; however, it is not liable for damages that may occur during the process.
  b. The client is responsible for removing any valuable items from the vehicle prior to detailing.

6. Rescheduling and Timeliness:

  a. Unmatched Valets reserves the right to reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances and will provide reasonable notice.
  b. The client acknowledges the importance of punctuality to ensure the timely completion of the detailing service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee and Follow-up:

  a. Unmatched Valets is committed to client satisfaction. Any concerns or dissatisfaction must be reported within 48 hours for prompt resolution.
  b. A follow-up assessment may be scheduled to address any additional client requests or concerns.

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

  a. Unmatched Valets upholds strict confidentiality standards regarding client information and adheres to all data protection regulations.

By booking Unmatched Valets detailing services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
